The Team

Yacov joined Zephyrus in August 2022 as an Active Chairman of the Board of Directors. He also serves as the Chairman of the Investment Committee of IIF (Israel Infrastructure Fund).

With vast experience of over 30 years as a leading executive in major corporations and government related entities in the fields of infrastructure, communication, municipality, transportation and healthcare, Yacov also serves as Chairman of HaYovel Lines (of the IIF Group), and had previously served as the CEO of Moriah – Jerusalem Development Company, CEO of Citypass (Jerusalem light rail), Chairman of the Israel Post, Chairman of I.B.C. and Chairman of Leumit Health Care Services.

Yacov holds a B.A. in Economics, Business Administration and Sociology and an MBA, all from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Eran joined Zephyrus as Chief Executive Officer in January 2022, with over 25 years of experience as an executive specializing in capital markets, business development, M&As, regulation and corporate finance.

Eran served as the CEO of Isramco Negev 2, one of Israel’s largest energy players, holding 28.75% of the Tamar field, and as the CEO of some of Israel’s largest listed holding groups, Equital, IDB & DIC.

Eran holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics, LL.B and an MBA, all from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Tomer joined Zephyrus as Chief Operation Officer in January 2022 and has been managing the Company’s operational activities since. Tomer brings 20 years of experience in the renewable energy and private equity investment fields, with vast knowledge and experience in the project’s life cycle and value chain, from the development stage to financing, construction and operations.

Prior to joining Zephyrus, Tomer served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mashav Energia, a leading Polish renewable energy IPP currently wholly owned by Zephyrus.

Tomer holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva and an MBA from Coller School of Management at Tel Aviv University.

Joseph joined Zephyrus as Chief Financial Officer in January 2023 and has been managing the Company’s financial activities since. Joseph brings 20 years of experience in the accounting and economic fields and has vast experience in managing financial operations, including financial statements, financing, accounting, taxation and M&As.

Prior to joining Zephyrus, Joseph served as the Chief Financial Officer of EDF (Électricité de France) Renewables in Israel and has been working in the renewable energy sector for more than 11 years.

Joseph holds a B.A. in Accounting, Economics and Business Management from the Tel-Aviv University and an executive MBA from Kellogg School of Business.

Jasmine joined Zephyrus as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in July 2022. Following the Company’s IPO in 2023 and its adoption of a compliance program, Jasmine has also been appointed as the Company’s Compliance Officer.

Jasmine has more than 20 years of experience as an in-house senior legal counsel and general counsel at global renewable energy and technology corporations, including in the Siemens AG energy sector and NICE Systems. She has vast experience in setting up and leading in-house legal teams.

Jasmine holds an LL.B and Business Management Diploma from Reichman University (IDC) and is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2000.

Yonatan joined the Company in 2022 as the Country Manager. He manages the activities of the different departments in Mashav, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, and the proper synchronization between them.

Prior to joining the team, Yonatan worked as a finance consultant on large-scale energy and PPP projects for a leading consulting firm specializing in project financing. His previous role at a legal firm provided him with valuable legal expertise in these fields as well.

Yonatan was qualified as a lawyer in Israel and holds a master’s degree in economics and business and a bachelor’s degree in law from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Robert joined Mashav in March 2019 and has been managing the Potegowo Wind Farm operational activities. He has over 15 years of experience in the renewable energies sector and has vast experience in managing energy-producing facilities equipped with multi-brand turbines.

Prior to joining Mashav, Robert served as the O&M Manager for Monsson Poland and was working in the field of Technical Commercial & Asset Management for more than 9 years.

Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and in Electrotechnics/Automation from Gdynia Maritime Academy.

Łukasz joined Mashav in October 2019 and has been managing its construction department since. He has led the successful completion of the Potegowo South wind farm.

Prior to joining Mashav, Łukasz was leading the Polish and Baltic states’ branch of construction of a leading turbine supplier for 7 years, with 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.

Łukasz holds a B.A. degree in Maritime Construction and Hydroelectric Powerplants Constructions and has conducted post-studies in Off Shore Wind and HSE in the Technical University of Gdańsk. He carries engineering licenses for civil and bridge construction and is a member of the Polish Chamber of Construction Engineers since 2012.

Jacek joined the Mashav as the Head of Finance in August 2018 and has been managing the Polish Mashav Group Companies’ financial activities. He brings over 15 years of experience in the accounting and economic fields, specializing in managing financial operations including financial statements, financing, accounting and taxation.

Jacek has been working in the renewable energy sector since 2011. He holds a Chief Accountant certification issued by the Polish Association of Accountants since 2012.

Piotr Trendowski joined Mashav as Head of Trading in 2022. He previously worked in PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny where he was positioned as the head of trading department of the energy market for 7 years. Before that he traded commodities for Trigon Dom Maklerski for 3 years, first as a broker and later as a team leader.

Piotr holds a Postgraduate degree in Modern Renewable Energy from Warsaw University of Technology; a Postgraduate degree in Valuation Methods of a Capital Company and a Master’s degree in Economics from Warsaw School of Economics. He also obtained a Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Banking and in Computer Science and Econometrics from Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Additionally, Piotr carries a certification of Energy Risk Professional (ERP), a Commodity broker license and a Stockbroker license.

Grzegorz joined Mashav in 2014 and is leading its business development activity. He leads the development of the company’s renewable energy projects, including project Potegowo, from the initial stages of development – recognition of greenfield, through the permitting stage until obtaining the usage permit.

Grzegorz has over 15 years of experience in the Polish renewable energy sector and was working for one of the largest Polish greenfield developers prior to joining the Company.

Grzegorz holds a Master’s degree in Economics from West Pomeranian Business School.

Grzegorz joined Mashav as the Head of Legal Department in June 2022.He specializes in energy law, civil law and commercial law and has been providing ongoing legal advice pertaining to conventional energy, renewable energy and corporate compliance.

Prior to joining Mashav, Grzegorz served as the Legal Counsel of Total Energies in Poland and has been working in the energy sector for more than 17 years.

Grzegorz is a member of Warsaw Bar of Legal Counsels.
